RFT Autumn Festival – For young and old alike!

This year, we held our first ever RFT Autumn Festival. Why an autumn festival? Because anyone can hold a summer festival! 😉

Every employee had the opportunity to bring their family and introduce them to the RFT family. This was received with great enthusiasm, and so everyone came together – young and old, former RFT employees, and even four-legged friends.

For our young guests, there was a large bouncy castle, which was eagerly used and celebrated.This year, we were treated to culinary delights by the employees of Neuhaus. – Many thanks again from us!

Popcorn was eagerly devoured and the communal stick bread around the campfire became a small highlight. Braving the rain, everyone gathered in a large circle, laughed, ate, and had a wonderful time together.By the way… the best bread on a stick recipe goes to Nicole Kerber! Recipe requests by email only! 😉

In keeping with tradition, the well-known boss darts game, which was launched last year by Dr. Roland Römer, our senior boss, took place again. There was lots of laughter, cheering, and the winner was crowned. Congratulations again, Oliver!

Likewise, our long-standing and loyal employee Gabriele Wittmers was bid farewell as she entered her well-deserved retirement after more than 40 years of RFT history. Dear Gaby, thank you for your efforts and contributions to making RFT what it is today!

In conclusion, it can be said that this celebration was a great success. Good conversations, good food, good conversations for everyone. And the best part? … the RFT family has grown a little bit bigger.
